He was predeceased by: his parents, James Neely and Elizabeth Neely (Novak); his stepmother Pearl Neely; and his siblings, Barbara Dock, Betty Ann Cook, Donald Neely and William Neely.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Barr (Kevin) of New Kensington, Sarah Anthony (Robert) of New Kensington and Robert Neely of New Kensington; his grandchildren, Wyatt Barr, Addison Barr, Kamden Anthony and Kira Anthony; and his brothers, James Neely and Jack Neely (Val).
