He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent M. Miller and Helen Miller (Goodhard); and his sister Elinor Imbt (Carl) of Stroudsburg, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Miller (Ace); his children, Timothy Miller (Donna) of Annapolis, MD and Ann M. Marsico (Gene) of Aspinwall; his grandchildren, Andrew Miller (Jennifer) of Stroudsburg, PA, Bennett Marsico of Aspinwall and Ava Marsico of Aspinwall; his stepgranddaughters, Sherry Grahe (Gina) of Annapolis, MD and Brittany Wendell of Annapolis, MD; his great grandchild Addison Miller of Stroudsburg, PA; and his stepgreat-grandchild Ashlynn Windell of Annapolis, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
