Maryrose B. Block Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maryrose B. Block (Aspinwall, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 22, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Robert C. Block; her parents, Leon Bejenkowski and Mary Rose Bejenkowski; and her sister Dorothy Allingham. She is survived by: her children, Paula Gormley of Foster, RI, Diana Buck (Pittsburgh) and Carl Block (McCandless); her grandchildren, David, Christopher Gormley (Taylor), Max Reisman (Maddie), Eva Gillis-Buck (Benjamin Berman), Carl Buck and Luke Block; her great grandchildren, Mason, Mia Gormley and Isaac Berman; and her brothers, Richard Benkoski and John Benkoski.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Pittsburgh School of Education or University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
