Kachurik and Beverly Kachurik Sughrue; her great grandchildren, Andrew and Trent Grady; and her siblings, Anna Bodnar, Mary Petruny, Paul, John, Joseph Andrejcik and Andrew Andrechik.

She is survived by: her daughter Barbara L. Kachurik; and her granddaughter Valerie L. Sughrue. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
