It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gertrude Panza of Aspinwall, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 95, on September 26, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Louis J. Panza, Sr.; and her brother Henry Heurich Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Raymond (Linda), Michael (Deanna) and Louis J. Jr. (Cheryl); and her sisters, Loretta Meacham, Mary Whitaker and Caroline Connolly. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Masks and social distancing required, no more than 25 people in the funeral home at a time.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions to Saint Scholastica Parish, Monongahela Valley Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice.

“In loving memory of Gertrude Panza, Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. My fondest memory of Aunt Gert is visiting at Christmas, her home was beautifully decorating but she would take us "kids" into the kitchen and feed us fresh baked . ookies out of the oven. She was the best Mrs. Claus ever and could beat even Mrs. Miracle on Hallmark, her smile and laughter was so wonderful. May her memory be eternal.”
