He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey E. Bailey, Sr. and Ruth Bailey (Wilson); and his sister Patti Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bailey (Moyes); his children, Amy (Bailey), Missy (Bailey), Saar (Philip) and Ben; his granddaughters, Bailey Watts Roy (Pollaro), Aubrey Pollaro and Mia Pollaro; his siblings, Ruth Hodel (Bailey) and Robert Bailey; his granddaughter Bailey Watts (Pollaro); and also, Amy (Smith) and Redl (David).
