He was predeceased by: his father Paul Francis Slomer. He is survived by: his wife Christa; his mother Joan Slomer; his son David Jr.; his grandson Nathan; and his sisters, Donna Balzer (Robert), Jennifer Cooper (Glenn), Susan Sciullo (Mark Wayne) and Sandra Whitby (Corky). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid, there will be no formal service or visitation.
