It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel R. Delaney (Aspinwall, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 21, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Daniel departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Daniel leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Delaney and Annette Delaney; and his brother John F. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Dee" Delaney; his children, Anne of Sintra and Dan Delaney Jr. (Haley) of Wilmette, IL; his grandchildren, Adele and Jack Delaney; and his sister-in-law Rose Hammond Delaney.
