She was predeceased by: her spouse Dr. Raynor T. Sebulsky; her son Paul Joseph Sebulsky; and her sister Loretta Hardman. She is survived by: her children, Thomas R. Sebulsky (Marcia), James L. Sebulsky (late Lynn), Elizabeth S. Oster (Thomas) and John T. Sebulsky (Lauren); her grandchildren, Christopher L. Sebulsky (Sara), Phillip M. Sebulsky, Catherine L. Dellinger (Matthew), Michael J. Oster and Kayleigh M. Sebulsky; her great grandchildren, Evalyn and Maxwell Sebulsky; and her siblings, Jo Ann Kelleher and Patrick Brennan.
