He is survived by: his wife Helen Richards (Rhodes); his children, Russell Richards of Aspers, Brenda Jeffiries of Biglerville, PA and Sandy Millard of New Oxford, PA; and his sister Vada Altice of Biglerville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
