She was predeceased by: her parent Virgil A. Leatherman. She is survived by: her parent Ethel B. Leatherman (O'Brien); her husband Fred A. Miller; her sons, Rick Smith and Chad Smith; her stepdaughters, Kathy Rupe of Martinsville, IN and Jennifer Horst of Wormleysburg, PA; her brothers, Doug Leatherman (Sally) of St. Mary and Dwight Leatherman (Regina) of Morgantown, WV; and her friends, Shirley Harpster and Beulah Hartlaub. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
