She is survived by: her children, Freeman G. Kuhn, Jr. (Lisa) of Heidlersburg and Brenda S. Kuhn of Aspers; her grandchildren, William Kuhn (Shelly), Zachary Karczmarek and Jeneane Kuhn (Brianna); her great grandchildren, Tyler Kuhn and Scarlett Kuhn; and her siblings, Jerry Smith of Aspers and Beatrice Myers of Lakeland, FL..
