She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis U. Thomas and Sarah B. Thomas (Fritz); her siblings, Ruth Mummert, Pearl Warrenfeltz, Maybelle Cline, Francis Thomas, Jr., Paul Thomas, Clarence Thomas and Jay Thomas; and her son-in-law Jeffrey L. Day.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn E. Smith; and her children, Georgia A. Forsythe (Rick Clark) of Orrtanna, Gail A. Day of Aspers and Charles E. (Alverna Smith) of Aspers. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
