He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Frederick and Jessie Pearle Schutt (Shealer); his wife Barbara Joan Schutt (Sadler); his brother Wayne; his son-in-law Howard Worden; and his grandson Justin Redding.
He is survived by: his half-brother Jeffrey Goddard of Poulsboro; and his adoptive daughter Suzette Schutt Redding of Gettysburg.
