She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond C. Lobaugh and Bobette M. Lobaugh (Yost); her parents-in-law, Lynn and Margaret Freed; and her grandchildren, Matthew and Olivia Welper.
She is survived by: her husband Terry E. Freed; her children, Stephanie M. Welper (Robert Kimple, Jr.) of Buchanan Valley, Dennis L. Freed (Celeste) of Biglerville and Aaron S. Welper (Sue) of McSherrystown; her granddaughters, Brittnie Bowling (Andrew), Julia Kint (Timothy Sr.) and Kathleen Welper (Katie); her stepgrandchildren, Ryan and Madison Smith (Madi); her great grandchildren, Mae Ann and Rose Jane Kint; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jaylen Silver and Timothy Kint, Jr.; her pet Dixie "Daisey"; and her siblings, Ardis Lobaugh of Gettysburg and Charles Lobaugh (Vickie) of Newville.
