He is survived by: his wife Donna Frasch Blasé; his children, Nicole Blasé (Nick Hummel), Erica Blasé (Josh Phelan), Brian Frasch and Gary Blasé (Jasmine); his sisters, Ruthanne (Thomas Weikel), Maryanne (Frank Balcavage) and Patricia (Buddy Mudlinsky); his sister-in-law Wendy Hahn; and his grandchildren, Bryel, Hayden, Garrett, Isabell, Kaleb, Isaac, Skye, Mikayla and Loralye.
