She is survived by: her daughters, Suzette M Kahler of Ashland and Kathy A; her husband Fred Welsh of Trevorton; her son Robert (Linda Kahler) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Jesssica L. Kahler of Ashland and Jennifer Rissinger (Darin) of Trevorton; her great grandchildren, David and Callie Rissinger; and her siblings, Emily and Larry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
