He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette A. Jones (Durose) and Raymond M. Jones Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Jones (McFadden); his daughter Megan Jones (Cole Hindenach); his granddaughter Briella "Rosie" Kunkel; his mother-in-law Dolores McFadden (William Sr.); his siblings-in-law, Lori Steinhilber (Charlie), Beth McFadden (Paul Hardknock Jr.), Kelly Wright (Daniel) and William McFadden Jr.; his aunts, Victoria Novak (John) and Diane Lenahan; and his nephew CJ Steinhilber.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Ray's memory to Washington Fire Company, 1307 Centre St, Ashland PA 17921 or to Tunnel to Towers, 2361 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island NY 10306.

“Jones family, Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved one’s shine down to let us know they are happy. For death is no more than a turning of us over from time to eternity. Although I can’t begin to imagine how hard this is for you and your family but please remember that I am here if you should need anything at all. So please accept my condolences for the loss of your husband/father/grandfather. He will live in the hearts of those who knew him forever. RONNIE”
