He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Burns and Mary Burns (McMonegal) of Girardville; his son Michael Burns; and his sister Mary Ellen Krevinas. He is survived by: his wife Mary Burns (Grasso); his children, Michele Scavuzzo (Brian), Diane Whalen, Nicole Leiby (Heath) and Bobby Burns (Stephanie); his brothers, Harold Burns (Betty), Edward Burns (Cathy) and Gerard Burns (Carol); his grandchildren, Aaron, Emily Scavuzzo, Tyler Burns, Gavin, Colin Whalen, Rachel, Jake Green (Emma), Jaden Leiby (Haylee), Brady, Brynlee and Brooke Burns; and his great grandchild Nash Burns.
