It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Rubright of Ashland, Pennsylvania, born in Railroad, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kistler and Mamie Haas Kistler; her spouse Claude Rubright; and her siblings, Norman Kistler, Harold "Abe" Kistler, Willard Kistler (Myrtle Kistler Yerger), Evelyn Kistler Geiger (William "Chut" Kistler) and Dorothy "Dolly" Kistler Rolland.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Patricia Rubright Adams (Richard); and her children, Connie Hess Vetrano, Carol Hess Heyward, Tina Hess, Susan Rubright Mitchell Kieffer, Helen Rubright Seibert, Raymond Hess, David Hess, Dean Hess, Dale Rubright, Christopher Lazarchick and Sean Lazarchick. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
