She was predeceased by: her parents, Delford Keckley and Dorothy Keckley. She is survived by: her husband Charles S. Townsend, III; her sons, Michael Townsend of Carlisle and Bryan (Felicia Townsend) of Virginia Beach, VA; her stepdaughter Laura Knoop of Bel Air, MD; and her brother Bill Keckley of Toms Brook, VA.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
