She was predeceased by: her parents, Seltzer Bilder and Catherine Bilder (Davis); her brother Donald Bilder; her sister-in-law Patricia Krieger; and her niece Leanne Krieger.
She is survived by: her husband James W. Hogan; her daughter Tiffany Kessler (Russel); her siblings, Byron Bilder (Roberta) and Marilyn Miller (Howard-Decease); her grandchildren, Brandon Mickatavage (Stacey), Chad Mickatavage (Sabrina), Jennifer Jurgil (Christopher) and Eric Kessler (Corissa); her great grandchildren, Emily, Braeden, Paetyn, Evelyn, Violet, Victor, Nova, Quinn and Ashton; and her nieces and nephews, Jill Burkholder, Leslie Hebert, Allen Bilder and Rodney Miller.
Kay battled Dementia/Alzheimer's for many years with both grace and dignity, but it never stopped her from moving and grooving with a smile for her family and caregivers.
