It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen M. Campomizzi of Ashland, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Courtnye and Elizabeth B. Courtnye (Scullion); her brother James F. Courtnye; and her stepmother Doris J. Blazejewski Courtnye. She is survived by: her husband Gerald C. Campomizzi; her daughters, Stephanie Campomizzi Malarkey, Kathryn Campomizzi-Clews, Sarah Campomizzi McClure, Westville, Ind and Andrea Campomizzi; her grandchildren, Courtnye "Charlie", Genevieve, Kiley McClure, Amber, Jacob Clews and Melissa Malarkey; and her siblings, Marybeth O'Donnell (Edward), Doris Jean Calderwood (late Brian Calderwood), Joseph Blazejewski (Susan) and George Courtnye (Antoine). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; cousins and friends.
