It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John P. Bane of Ashland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Bane and Florence Gallagher Bane; and his brother Martin Bane. He is survived by: his wife Sarah "Sally" Bane; his children, Rhoda Heiser (Scott), John Bane (Yesenia) and Maeve O'Donnell (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Erin, Margot and Quinn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations in John's name to the Ashland Free Public Library at 1229 Centre Street, Ashland, PA 17921.
