He is survived by: his wife Deloris Kimmel Maurer; his children, Donna Amonett, Elwood Maurer (Wanda), Duane Maurer (Janice), Anthony Maurer (Kristi) and Keith DeTemple (Victoria); his brother Earl Maurer (Gladys); and his grandchildren, Kyle Maurer (Alyssa), Ryan Maurer, Emma Jane Maurer and Kristopher Maurer (Brianna).
