She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sideravage and Mary Sideravage (Macieunas); and her husband John J. Lokitis, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, John J. Lokitis, Jr. of Ashland and Deborah Alperstein (Alexander) of Elysburg; and her grandson Braden Lokitis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
