She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lute (Chubb) and Emerson Lute; her husband Albert Chillis; and her siblings, Jimmy Lute, Virginia Barkanski and Nancy Meyers.

She is survived by: her daughter Beverly (Lewis Pennypacker) of Ashland; and her sisters, Lois Casey of Ringtown and Ada Jackowiak of Gilberton.

Family prefers donations to the Washington Fire Company Ambulance Assoc. and the Ashland Public Library.
