He is survived by: his children, Stacey L. (Todd Jay), Brandon W. Conrad (Jennifer) of Fayette City, PA and Bradley L. Conrad (Kortney); his grandchildren, Dylan Jay, Kierstin Jay, Cash Conrad and Braylee Conrad; his siblings, Deloris Ray (Ambrose), Naomi Smith and Roy Conrad (Connie); his siblings-in-law, Judy Conrad and Ricky Northcraft (Lenda); and his son Lumber.
