He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Smith and Evelyn Elizabeth Smith (Bishop). He is survived by: his wife Wanda A. Smith (Morris); his sons, Clarence W. Smith (Donna) and Jeffrey L. Smith (Kristi); his brother H. Wayne Smith; his granddaughters, Amanda Barkman (Justin), Lori Sponsler (Dustin) and Josie Smith; his great grandchildren, Bridget, Faith, Tyler and Paige; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Layne and Brooke.
