With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Ann Stitely (Arnot, Pennsylvania), born in Union Bridge, Maryland, who passed away on May 21, 2018 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce Ann Stitely to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Melissa Sandstrom; and her siblings, Betty Garber, Violet Smith, Carlene Buffington, Virgil Lee and Harold Stambaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Sandstrom of Arnot, Tony Stitely (Amanda LeLong) of Arnot, Teresa Stitely of Westminster, Tabutha Norwood (Marty) of Manchester and Tina Meredith (Bob) of Union Bridge; and her brothers, Sterling Stambaugh, Rodney Stambaugh, Richard Stambaugh and Bill Stambaugh.
A graveside service will be held in Creagerstown Lutheran Cemetery on Friday, May 25 at 2 P.M. In lieu of flowers, consider memorials to St. Luke's Lutheran Church c/o P.
