She was predeceased by: her husband Chester "Hooker" Potrzebowski; and her siblings, George, Stanley, Joseph, Walter, Frank Augustine, Christina Polcyn, Mary Skorczewski and Blanche Campbell.

She is survived by: her grandson Ambrose Potrzebowski (Patricia) of Herndon.
