She is survived by: her husband Donald "Jake" Thomas; her children, Donna Lee Royer (Michael), Kenneth Thomas, Brian Thomas (Edie) and Beth Ann Henry (Dan); her grandchildren, Nevin, Amanda, Sarah and Angelina; her great grandchildren, Adelena and Harrison; and her siblings, Beverly Zimmerman (Gary) of Richmond, Virginia and George Sturnick (Donna) of Carbon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
