She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Yaworski and Rita Yaworski. She is survived by: her fiancé Andrew Forish; her brothers, Joe Yaworski (Cheryl), Rick Yaworski (Kathy) and Jeff Yaworski; her stepson Matt Consalvo; her nieces and nephews, Dana Wilhelm, Greg Yaworski and Amanda Eutin; and her friends, Zoey and Lucy. She is also survived by great-niece and great-nephews.
