He is survived by: his wife Linda Callihan (Naworol-Buchkoski); his sister Sharon Bonitz (James); his children, Heidi Paniaha (Robert), Derrick Callihan (Kelly), Pamela Kauffman (Thomas) and Nathan Buchkoski (Casey); his grandchildren, Tyler, Devon and Raine Morder; his children, Quinn, Molly Callihan, Tommy, Anna Kauffman, Andrew and Sophia Buchkoski; his great grandchild Skylarr Morder; his niece Amy Bonitz; and his great-niece Olivia Mock (Remi).

Memorial donations would be appreciated to the IRMC Auxiliary Scholarship Fund at 835 Hospital Drive, Attn: Administration, Indiana, PA 15701.
