Benamati of Armagh, Pennsylvania, born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Benamati and Anna Benamati (Dini); and his siblings, Thomas Benamati (Rose), Angelo "Pete" Benamati (Kate), Joseph Benamati and Elizabeth Gazza (Marino).

He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Benamati and Christopher Benamati (Angela); his granddaughter Brooke Benamati; his sister Judith Kokolis; and his sister-in-law Martha Benamati.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Mel's name may be made to Armagh & E. Wheatfield Twp.
