It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Plowman (Armagh, Pennsylvania), born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Moose and Cora Moose-Rager (Beard); her husband Leo W. Plowman; her daughter Sandy Plowman; and her brothers, Robert, Glenn, Paul, George, Edwin and John Rager.
She is survived by: her sisters, Shirley Lynch and Naomi Rager; her daughters, Linda Flack (Jerry) and Lu Ann Buchkoski (John); her grandchildren, Jennifer Flack, Jeff Flack (Jessy), John J. Buchkoski (Shannon) and Nikki Hoover (Michael); her great grandchildren, Gracie, Drew and Savanah; and her siblings, Bonnie Brendlinger (Clark), Kenneth Rager (Carol), Ira Rager (Liz) of Rockville, MD and David Rager of Laurel, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Blacklick Community United Methodist Church or to one's favorite charity.
