He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Pizarchik and Anna Pizarchik (Anderson). He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Layton, Rosemary Fry and New Florence; and his nieces and nephews, Brent Layton (Michele), Kris Fierst (Mark), Lisa Hoffman (Matthew), Virginia, Kayla Layton, Andrew "Drew" Layton, Hannah Fierst-Strid, Logan, Kasey Fierst, Sydney Hoffman, Patrick Hoffman and Levi Strid.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Andy's name can be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America http://www.pva.org.
