She was predeceased by: her husband John Chapman (Jack); and her sister Ada Beaver. She is survived by: her children, David Chapman (Wanda) of Coal Twp, Virginia Hoffman (Steven) of Lavelle, Constance Bolick (Martin) of Coal Twp, Diane Fletcher (Patrick) of Mt. Carmel and John Jr. Chapman (Michele) of Mt. Carmel; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Justin, Jared Chapman, Joshua Hoffman, Richard, Scott Litchko, Britany Hartz, Daniel, Mitchell, Caroline, Gabriel, Julianne Fletcher, Abigail, Jack, Mia and Ava Chapman; and her brother James Lorant (Mary Ann) of Harrisburg. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
