She is survived by: her husband Paul G. Hornberger; her children, Paul Hornberger of Mt. Carmel and Lisa Hornberger of Mountain Top; her grandchildren, Emily, Michael Padula of Kulpmont and Ben Hornberger of Mt. Carmel; her siblings, Robert Donkochik (Roseann) of Kulpmont, George Donkochik (Rita) of Shamokin and Dorothy Koshinski (Gary) of Shamokin; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Cordell and Rita Hornberger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
