He is survived by: his children, Allen Choinski (Jane) of Doylestown and Karen Hendrickson (Matthew) of South Orange, NJ; and his grandchildren, Daniel Hendrickson, Jessica Hunt (Geoff), Natalia Choinski of Doylestown, Sofia Choinski of Doylestown and Caroline Hendrickson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
