He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Thomas Fox, Sr. and Alice Fox (Gordon). He is survived by: his wife Jane M. Fox (Weigand); his brother Robert Fox of Gainesville, FL; his nieces, April Setlik (Brian) and Megan Pfautz (Kevin); his nephew Adam Weigand (Eryn); and his goddaughter Amanda Rogers. He is also survived by three great-nieces and three great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dugan Funeral Home, Inc. (111 S Main St, Biglerville, PA 17306). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
