He is survived by: his wife Joyce Binkley (Wetzler) of Arendtsville; his children, Julianne Hertz (Joshua) of Arendtsville, Robert Todd Binkley (Robin) of New Castle, DE and Michael Alan Binkley (Michele) of Biglerville; his grandchildren, Claire, Jacob, Shane, Samantha, Noah, Mark and Zoe; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Charlotte and Rose.
