He is survived by: his close friend Lynn Carvell; his children, Terri Mulville Johnson, Patrick James Mulville and William A. Mulville, IV; his stepdaughter Alexa Van Derryt; his granddaughters, Madeleine Rose Johnson and Elizabeth "Max" Johnson; and his sister Catherine Stiebritz (Richard).
