It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard A. Edwards Jr. (Ardmore, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard A Edwards Sr. and Regina Walter (Nixon); his siblings, Nicole Rhodes, Richelle Edwards, Michael Rhodes, Bryan Rhodes and Danny Whidbee; his stepmother Mattie Thomas; his stepbrother Matthew Williams; his aunts and uncles, Jacquelynne Lloyd, Karen Glover, Janean Bradford, Michael Edwards and Frank Edwards; his great-aunt Jacqueline Tillman (Raymond); and his great-uncle Ronald Miller (Dottie). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.

In memory of Richard's gentle and giving spirit, we ask that donations be made in his memory, to a local Animal Shelter of your choosing.
