She is survived by: her son Evan Kozak; her stepson Jamie Kozak (Susan); her grandchildren, Carter Kozak and Dawson Kozak; her father Jerome Schwartz; her stepmother Diane Schwartz; her siblings, David Lee Scher (Ronni), Lisa Gottlieb, Wendy Schwartz Sabinsky (Eric) and Amy Schwartz Teplitz (Steven); her uncle Gerry Scher; her aunt Marcia Bernstein (Jon); her son Evan Officer; her spouses, Susan Kozak and Greg; and also, Police Officer, Pam, Carter, Dawson Kozak and Grammy Pammy. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
