He is survived by: his wife Lorraine "Lori" Farquhar of Ardmore; his children, Matthew L. Campbell (Eden Celeste) and Laurel Ann Campbell Harrold of Portland, OR; his stepson Justin L. Ettinger (Caroline Watson) of Amsterdam; his grandchildren, Jakob Harrold of Portland, OR, Kailey Harrold of Portland, OR, Brieana Wilson of Portland, OR and Jessie Transue of Portland, OR; and his sister Nance Campbell-Connolly (John Connolly) of Glen Mills.
The family asks that anyone attending the service wear masks.
