She was predeceased by: her son Bruce H. Schaeffer, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John D. F. Oakes, Sr. of Wayne; and her sons, David R. Schaeffer (MaryBeth) of Chester Springs, Stephen R. Schaeffer (Alli) of Lower Gwynedd, John D. F. Oakes, Jr. of Philadelphia and James E. L. Oakes of Wayne.
