Steckel of Ardmore, Pennsylvania, born in East Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sarah Lavelle and Charles Litchert; her husband George R. Steckel; her children, Michael (Patricia), Donald, Thomas, Elaine Nuss (Richard), Peter (Mary), James (Laurel) and Nancy Caraccia (Mark); her grandchildren, Susie Nuss, Katie Hester (Greg), Bob Nuss, Jennifer Steckel Hansell (Brian), Peter Steckel, Jr., Brian Steckel, Kevin Steckel, Kelley Steckel Palmer (Andrew) and Adam Caraccia; and her great grandchildren, Maddie Penzenstadler, Nathan Steckel, Giavanna DeLuca, Quinn Palmer and Howard Hester.
