Theodore Carter (Deborah), Shirley Mills, Rosalee Muse, Geraldine Mills and Roger Mills (Barbara); her mother-in-law Joan Lewis; her siblings, Danta Watkins Nelson (Darryl), James Watkins Jr., John Watkins, Lynnell Williams (Keith Proctor) and Patrice Proctor; and also, Tillie and Percell Booth. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; 1 Great-grandchild.
