She is survived by: her husband John F. "Jack" Kelly; her children, John J. (Michele), Robert F. (Christina Frankino), James M. (Maria), Mary Teresa Whalen (Harry) and Kathleen C.; her grandchildren, Sean M. Kelly (Amity), Lauren Kelly, Alexandria Kelly and Adriana Kelly; her sister Rose Mary Coladonato; and also Cole Kelly.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jo's name to Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia or Dementia Society of America.
